Sri Mahadevi Lalita is the presiding deity of Sri chakra. Srividhya is the ultimate form of worship and there is no Pooja above this sevā. It is performed for all major troubles in life and improves finances, removes problems in relations and many such setbacks in life.

Actually Sri Lalithambigai is the daśa mahavidya swaroopini. As a result all powers are vested in her. Anyone who is initiated in Srividya will understand the importance of this sevā and Pooja.
How do we do Lalithambika Pooja, lalithambigai Pooja or Sri Lalitha Sahasranama Pusparchana sevā ?
- The most important part is creation of mandala of devi with agama dhyan swaroop of devi. This process is slow and time taking and takes takes 8 to 10 hours if done properly and meticulously. We usually do it a day before the actual sevā. Proper rituals are done before drawing the mandala.
- Second day or the main day of Pooja involves multiple steps. Salutations to the seat of Guru, Sri Ganesha and Paramatama
- Abhivadan agya from ganesh, gaurī, guru yogini
- Guru pādukā poojan with flowers and mrigi mudra
- Agya from sthan devtha, vastu devtha, kula devtha, Ishta devta.
- Karnyas with moola mantra- (if required with istha beeja)
- Salutations to agni mandal-surya mandal and soma mandals
- Formation of a temple
- Astra mantra for dash dikpal-deharaksha
- Dehashuddhi with pranayam then bhootasudhhi
- Bhootsanghar
- Visualizing Prithvi tatwa with lam beeja
- Dissolving it to jal tatva with vam beeja
- Dissolving it to agni with ram beeja
- Dissolving it to vayu with yam beeja
- Surrendering it to paramatma with ham akash beeja
- Burning the paap purusha (dahan) with soshanadi with pranyam and visualization
- Visualizing akash with ham
- Then creating vayu with yam
- Then agni with ram
- Then jal with vam
- And then Prithvi with lam
- Lipi nyas-if required
- Purification of materials shankha poornam (two kindi or patra are used)
- Asan suddhi, ghanta Pooja etc. Mala sanskara if necessary.
- Deity is meditated upon and deity consciousness is invoked in three bodies
- Devtha avahan with mudra
- Atma Aradhana: (worship of the Devi consciousness created in the body):priest turns the conch to face his body and does the pooja to his body through flowers and shankha. Done with sthapani mudra
- Deity to moola deepam- The priest visualizes the Deity, in accordance with the ‘Dhyana Sloka’ of that deity and then invokes It. He starts his invocation from ‘Mooladhara Chakra’ and through all the chakras, he brings it to the ‘Sahasrara Padmam’ and from there he brings it to ‘Padmam’. He uses flowers (which are symbols of ‘Akasa tatwa’ (Ether principle) to bring the Devi from his body to the ‘Padmam’ in front of him.
- Light the main lamp. Offer pranam to devi with yoni mudra
- Binding the deity with sambahani mudra
- Moorthi Pooja with sodhash upchara
- Aasan offered through flower
- Padhya- feet of deity is washed with samanya arghya
- Arghya-washing the hands of chief guest with samnaya arghya
- Snana or abhisekha with vardhani kalash
- Vishesh arghya- offering achamana with vishesh
- Vastra
- Abhushan
- Gandha- sandalwood on beetle leaf
- Haridra
- Kum0kuma
- Flowers
- Deepam
- Naivedhya v fala
- Last three steps will be done after recitation
- Do prarthna mudra
- Sankalp with mantra chanting of Lalithasahastranama strotram with pushpaarchana for thousand times.
- Pooja of aarti deepa. Lighting it with other deepam
- Offering it flowers etc.
- Doing aarti with deepam (usually seven different aarti are done)
- Pradakshina- kashamapaan with samnidapani mudraindicates apology for any inconvenience it may cause the deity, to be summoned in this manner.
- Layamgam: At the peripheral level it is the starting of the return of Devi, who became happy with the pooja. But at the deeper level, layamgam symbolizes the dissolution of the special field of vibration which has been created.

Two/ Three days or more depending on report (Some reports take 15 days or more). Life reports/kula-ḍevtha report/iṣṭha ḍevtha report/time correction etc. takes more time (15 days or more). It depends on work at hand. (There is no hard and fast rule). I usually do it at the earliest possible time. This does not include Saturdays, Sundays (meant of Vastu classes) and ekadashi.
