American homicide victim, one of the most famous and frustrating cases of the ’90s. The daughter of a charming socialite, Patricia Ann Paugh (born 12/29/1956 in Parkersburg, WV and wealthy businessman John Bennett Ramsey (born 12/07/1943, Lincoln, NE), JonBenet had an older brother, Burke (born 1/27/1987, Marietta, GA) and two older half-siblings, John Andrew (who lived at the Ramsey home) and Melinda. They were both out of town on the night of the murder. The family lived in a 15-room Tudor style home in Boulder, Colorado.
Called “America’s Tiny Little Miss,” the adorable child was a six-year-old beauty and talent contest winner, dressed in sophisticated costumes and able to model like a pro.
On Christmas night, 1996, she went to bed cheerfully. Sometime before dawn, JonBenét was killed; her skull fractured; she had been sexually molested and strangled with a cord. Duct tape was put over her mouth, and her body was dragged downstairs to a small room in the basement. She was wrapped in a blanket with her feet taped together, her head uncovered and her arms above her head.
When her mom checked the household the following early morning, she found that JonBenet was not in her room. Patsy Ramsey called the police at 5:52 A.M. MST, shouting “Send help!” and saying that her daughter was missing and that a 2½-page ransom note demanding $118,000 had been left by the kidnapper on the steps of the back stairs leading to the kitchen.

 

 

 

 

 

 

I am using Prasna method of prognostication for profiling the murderer. But before that, we are going to analyse Patricia Ramsey’s chart for events in her life.

Dasha at birth was Moon.
Jeeva Rashi:Virgo
Deha Rashi: Libra.

64th Navmansha (LAGNA): Gemini
22nd Drekkana: Sagittarius.

Born on a Poornima she became very famous very soon. Moon in Poonam and Vargottama Shukra gave her birth in a very affluent family. Her mother was a famous beauty pageant and father was a very rich and famous person. Moon at 15:27 in swa nakshatra with exalted Juipter in kendra gave her an instant and rising fame.

But fate has decided something else for her. Something very drastic and sinister. Venus is vargottam but it is under a very bad influence. So she was born in a strong family but something sinister already awaited her. She is a kanya so Venus in the 64th Navmansha sign is not good. Saturn aspects Venus but it is retrograde. Deha rashi Libra falls in the sixth year of her life with Marka Mars placed in the same sign in Navmansha. 6th 7th year of life shows something very violent. Being the sign Libra Lust and passion are combined with Violence. Moon is in RK axis with partial eclipse.

Mars in the nakshatra of Venus and in the Navmansha of Venus indicates sinister things. She had Mercury and a bad Saturn in eastern sign forcing Mars to act in a bad way. It was the period of Mars in 1996 in which her deha took its last breath. Transit Mars, Saturn and Rahu afflicted Jeeva Rashi and Nama rashi on the day of murder. The question for profiling her murderer came to my mind and I casted a Prasna chart for the same. Here is an analysis for the Vidwatjana.
Prasna chart: Mangal or Mars is the prasna. Mars indicates violence and anger. My question pertains to Mars only. At the time of Murder Mars was the harbinger, so her chart is right. I have seen that prasna chart always co relates to actual birth chart.

Prasna swami been placed in the sign Gemini, it indicates Vaisya or Person who has commercial knowledge. Interestingly, the letter for ransom carried a certain amount. This amount was the same amount which was received as bonus by her father. Chances of a figure like 118,000 matching the same in ransom note should have raised some doubts. Nobody investigated on this pattern.
Her murderer belonged to class of intelligencia but with a twisted mind. He was a He, as Mars is male. Mars is of age 27 so he was near about that age, he had red white complexion with curly hairs and a medium height as Gemini is a “Sam rashi”. He was prone to extreme libido as it was Gemini and extreme Violence as Mars is placed in dual sign. He was educated and has some prior relations to people in the house. The approach of the murder indicates the same as the murderer knew about every path in the house. He knew the mother of the victim as Moon is at 29 degree in Cancer in Prasna chart.
Ketu is in Taurus so he had a prior enmity or Jealousy with the victim or her family. Bashing her head indicates the extreme hatred. If it would have been an ordinary crime there was no need for that merciless act. Bashing the face indicates anger concerned with the victim’s fame or her family. There is a tint of personal vendetta as crime carried extreme violence with face.
Mars in gemini and Mercury in Cancer indicate his guilt after the crime. Covering the body with a blanket shows guilt of a criminal. Extreme violent people do not cover their vics. This case is however different and same is indicated in the Prasna chart.
Person went to his house which was located in the northern direction from the vic’s house. There was a water body near his house. His mother was alive at the time of Murder and his maternal uncle might have lived in the same house or he was there when he reached his house.

Later developments
In December 2003, forensic investigators extracted enough material from a mixed blood sample found on JonBenét’s underwear to establish a DNA profile. The DNA belongs to an unknown male. The DNA was submitted to the FBI’s Combined DNA Index System (CODIS), a database containing more than 1.6 million DNA profiles, mainly from convicted felons. The sample has yet to find a match in the database, although it continues to be checked for partial matches on a weekly basis, as are all unmatched sample.
Later investigations also discovered that there were more than 100 burglaries in the Ramseys’ neighborhood in the months before JonBenét’s murder, and that 38 registered sex offenders were living within a two-mile (3 km) radius of the Ramseys’ home—an area that encompasses half the population of the city of Boulder—but that none of the sex offenders had any involvement in the murder.
On August 16, 2006, 41-year-old John Mark Karr (now Alexis Reich), a former schoolteacher, confessed to the murder while being held on child pornography charges from Sonoma County, California. Authorities reportedly tracked him down using the Internet after he sent e-mails regarding the Ramsey case to Michael Tracey, a journalism professor at the University of Colorado. Once apprehended, he confessed to being with JonBenét when she died, stating that her death was an accident. When asked if he was innocent, he responded, “No.”
However, Karr’s DNA did not match that found on JonBenét Ramsey’s body. On August 28, 2006, prosecutors announced that no charges would be filed against him for the murder of JonBenét Ramsey.
In October 2010, the case was reopened. New interviews were conducted following a fresh inquiry by a committee which included state and federal investigators. Police were expected to use the latest DNA technology in their investigation.
Case is still unsolved but Vedic astrology can really help us to solve certain things if it is understood and implemented in a proper manner.
