This building was in a very posh area of the city and the owner asked for Vāstu analysis. The building in photos appeared very fine and even the interior was good. There was no doubt in general observations.

However, Vāstu analysis process requires design and implementation of sthāpatya rules. It is a long process and requires days of work. As a rule a Praśna is always casted to check for invisible troubles.

🦜 The chart tells us many things. For starters the seventh house has Rahu. This is bādhā bhava or bhava of obstruction. As Rahu is exalted the Sarpa dośa is from a high class serpent someone in clan of Takṣaka etc is visible to owner.

🦜 The native has to remove this dośa to obtain the grace of god otherwise all his prayers and Poojas will go in vain. The bādhā lord in ninth with Sun is not good as well. Some karmas generated by his ancestors are also affecting him as well. The presence of bādhā lord with Sun indicates that some of the ancestors in his family (Paternal side) have created bad karmas or died accidentally.

🦜 As the ārūḍha has Jupiter there is a divine grace protecting this individual as well.

🦜 The Praśna shows that there is a very angry spirit that lives near this house. He was young (20 to 24) and died in an accident probably with a head hit. His permanent roaming area is in South to east area which means front of the plot and left side of plot if we watch the house from outside.

🦜 Please try to control anger when living over here. There are defects in the house which can be catered. There will be problems of sleeplessness and fever etc. in this house. The money earned here will stay and turn to assets. You also need to care for BP and heart related issues over here.

🦜 Note: At this time I was not sure about certain things because things require verification. The owner asked everyone living nearby. One of his neighbors indeed had a young son aged twenty-two. He died by hanging himself.

This is exactly same as was deciphered in the Praśna. The owner was informed to perform certain remedies to get rid of the trouble.
