It is not just the other person who is asking the questions who get mystified; even I who is answering gets amazed by the process of the divine and the answers that I give. Though there are always some technical reasons for answering a query, however most of the answers come from divine. Some answers are so amazing that it is not possible to see them directly in chart. They are only fixed there after we know what is happening.
A person asked this question from South of India. The question was about a land. There was an issue related to some ancestral property and it was not being sold.
I casted the Praśna with usual methods as been explained in Prashnamarg and in the Praśna Anushthan Paddhati translated by my dear brother Sri Guru Rajesh Kotekal.
According to the Praśna, the property should be east facing with slopes in East and South. There will be a Devi temple near the property. This Devi is the tutelary deity of that place. The property might had a house in past which would have been demolished.
There should be a hospital or some medical centre, which should be a bit far away but at a walkable distance from the place.
This is according to Chatra and Ārūḍha of Vriścik where Mars is exalted in third house with fifth and 2nd house lord.
The land also is suffering from a Naga who lives near the boundary. Another thing was the spirit of a man or woman who used to come over there. This spirit was angry with this family somehow and is not allowing to sell the land. There is something kept below the ground which is near the South or South west part. It must be near a pole, which marks the place. Something has been kept below the ground like a Krityā, which is also causing troubles.
The abhicār has been done by uncles or brothers of father as per the chart. She told me that her father is no more but according to chart her father had not died a natural death.
To sell the land, one has to perform a homam at the place itself. The deity of the land has to be appeased with multiple offerings. In addition, the snake needed his due share.

When I called the person and told her these things, what she told me in reverse was truly amazing. The land carried a house or something, which was demolished. It was east facing, carried a devi temple nearby and a medical diagnostic centre at a walkable distance exactly as been predicted.
The abhicār on Devi: The temple was built by the father of the person after he found that government is confiscating properties on the name of temples. Her father purchased a land and built the devi temple with his own money. Later some tantric did some abhicār on the devi so people stopped coming to temple. Her father called some Kerala tantric to remove the abhicār and a subsequent astamanglya Praśna was done. The astrologers informed her father that the abhicār is removed and now anyone can have benefits by praying. Later due to conflicts with his brothers and their sons, her father left the temple to them and never went back there.
The Naga who got angry: Once Her father while going to the factory saw a mound related to Naga which was near the factory. This place was under strong sun so he decided to build a shade over there. He called some labor and told him to build a shade.
In the evening when he came back he saw that the labour has demolished the mound itself to build the shade. Her father was very sad and angry at the labour. Later the labour died as well. Her father then reconstructed a small temple over the place.
The Roaming spirit of a female: I asked her about the spirit and she told me that one of the family members who was lady committed suicide at the same place.
The abhicār: She was very well aware that her own uncles have been doing abhichaar on their family from years.
