Encounter with the paranormal entities:Part-1
I have two incidents in my life which are related to ghosts or we should better call them energy spheres. I belong to India, where people believe in Ghosts as they believe in life. Astrology and miracles are somewhat common over here.
The first of these incidents took place near Padampura. Padampura is a small place, which is located at thirty five Kilometers from Jaipur, and is well known pilgrimage center of Jains. (A particular sect of people who follow Jain religion)
One of my clients informed me that he wanted to meet a man who is supposed to carry , “Sawari”. Sawari also known as Choki at some places is known as possession by divine souls. People in India believe that as devil can possess a human, so is the case with divine angels.
Sawari refers to possession by some deity or some saint. In this case it was a soul of saint who uses to posses this man.
My client requested me to assist him, so that he can visit the man. Seriously I was interested in supernormal but not out of interest, but more out of a curiosity, through which I can define some logical process of all events. So I decided to move along with him.
We reached the place after a long tiring ride on an old tattered scooter. When we reached over there we were informed that he resides in some small village nearby. The place where he lived carried five huts and unlike the most Sadhus or saints in India, there was no pomp and show. We inquired about him and came to know that he has gone to the fields. He was a farmer.
A few minutes later we saw a very lean man coming from the side of the fields. He was carrying a stick and appeared like a very ordinary man at the first glance. I was not sure whether it was a joke or something. My idea and notion about such people was completely different from what he appeared at that time.
He came near us and inquired in local lingo.
“Where do you come from?
Jaipur. (My friend was an English man and can barely understand Hindi. Here it was Marwari)
“Devata comes in the evening, I cannot help you”
He meant that he can only come to that stage during evening hours.
At this, I pleaded to him, that we came from a far of place and it would be very kind of him if he can help us.
He asked for a Bidi (A smaller but powerful form of Cigarette). He sat down on the ground. We also sat down.
While smoking he was looking at both of us.
I must tell you that I was not aware about my client very much. I did not know about his personal life or anything.
Suddenly the man who was very quiet so far, broke the silence with a heavy Bihari Accent. (Bihar is a another state with completely different language). He asked my client.
Why are you here?
Then he answered himself.
Because of your brother.
Fifteen years ago, your brother (He was narrating it as he was watching a television). was passing through a bridge. He has performed bad deeds in his past. So somebody was planning and waiting for him.
A soul who was there and was related to him from his past birth then possessed him.
I narrated the whole thing to my client.(Frankly I never believed him).
My client was shocked. His brother was ill from past fifteen years and he was shown to all the doctors’ without any help. His father and mother were well known doctors. His grandfather was a person who discovered some vaccine.
But none of them were able to cure their own relative.
This was quite strange and I could not believe that I am sitting near a man, who is possessed. What was scarier was that he was constantly smiling while looking at me.
After a few minutes he took some mud from below his feet. Pointing at my client, he said:
“Keep it and pour this on your brother’s head, he will be all right. When he gets cured, do come back to this village and distribute fruits to some children”
I explained the thing to my client. He agreed to this method. Before I could make out what was happening this person warned us in his strange style.
“Remember you have a promise to keep. You need to come back to do it.”
Then he looked at me and asked:
“ Will he complete his promise?.”
I was not sure, but still I nodded in a positive way. What happened next was far from my imagination. He said:
“Remember Thakur (A clan of Rajasthan to which I belonged), I will come to your house if he does not keep his promise”
He was grinning like a mad man. Frankly I was scared to my bones. I just looked at my client to make sure that he has followed the recent comment. He was also smiling.
This incident left a deep impact on my mind. I started believing in paranormal. My conscious is still logical, but my heart loves to fight and believe what happened over there. After all there is no loss in belief.
Some things in life can never be explained but they can always be believed. This war between brain and heart will go on.
Alok Jagawat
Very clear information and very good article. I really enjoyed it.
Like how they felt about Pakistan and India separating. Especially if Britain’s attitude toward changed toward India. If trading changed cuz of India’s independence and/or separating into two countries. So basically what were the responses of other countries? For a school assignment.
