Shri Kalyan Verma Writes in his “Sarawali” “पिङ्गो निम्नविलोचनः कृशतनुदीर्घः सिरालोऽलसः कृष्णांगः पवनात्मकोऽतिपिशुनः स्नाय्वाततो निर्घृणः । मूर्खः स्थूलनखद्विजोऽतिमलिनोरूक्षोऽशुचिस्तामसो रौद्रः क्रोधपरो जरापरिणतः कृष्णाम्बरो भास्करिः ।। २७ ।। Sri Kalyan Verma is describing the “Swaroopa” of Shani or Saturn over here. “Pingal” means having reddish brown and yellowish color eyes which are low set, a lean and tall body and having laziness in body. Saturn is described as black in color, rules Vayu tatwa is backbiter, having weak Nerves, cruel, carrying thick nails and teeth. He is always unclean, dry, inauspicious, Tamas, angry, aged and is clad in Black blue clothes. The origin of word Shani(शनि) comes from the following: Shanaye Kramati Sa: (शनये क्रमति सः) i.e. the one who moves slowly. Shani is actually a demi-god and is a son of Surya (the Hindu Sun God) and surya's wife Chhaya. It is said that when he opened his eyes as a baby for the very first time, the sun went into an eclipse, which clearly denotes the impact of Shani on astrological charts (horoscope). He is depicted dark in colour, clothed in black; holding a sword, arrows and two daggers and variously mounted on a black crow or a raven. He presides over 'Shani-var' or Saturday. The ancient painting above depicts Saturn sitting on a white crow instead of a black one. Presently Saturn is placed in Scorpio in Jyestha and Makar Navmansha with Mercury in opposite in D-9. Saturn is a cruel judge and it brings hard changes when it is placed in Scorpio. Way back in 1985,86 it bought several changes including Chakrobarty Committee, TADA act, Narcotics act, changes in Statutory Liquidity Ratio and the Cash Reserve Ratio of banks. VSNL, Operation Black Thunder, National education policy, Consumer protection act and environment act all were passed during Saturn’ position in Scoprio. The major player was Mercury when it joined Saturn on the night of 9th November 2016, a day after Sri Narendra Modi demonetized the old currency. Mercury rules financial front and as it entered the dreaded Scoprio, it bought a sudden surgical strike on shady financial activities. But this has to happen anyway and I expect major changes in financial, educational and medical world in coming few months. I have predicted that there will be major problems with construction sector after November 2014 and this is one of the policies that did the same. On a personal front, whatever he did is a part of his karmas and planets are playing their role. I have predicted in a previous article that how November will bring painful changes in his life and this is coming out to be true. Saturn is a judge and punishes the individual for his/her karmas. He is punishing the people who were employed in hoarding cash and were minting money through Shady activities. I believe that several other areas also need this kind of surgical strike in India. I wish our Prime minister should also pay attention to following areas: 1. He should standardize the cost of gold and silver to a certain rate. Most of the black money changes hands in form of gold or property. The best way to curb this loophole is to standardize the rates of gold. The illegal imports of Gold should be banned. This will curb the hoarding and black marketing in jewelry sector which is a major player. The current cost of Gold is inflated and it should be standardized. The maximum amount of Gold to be held by a family should be standardized and so should be the case with jewelers. The amount of gold should have a certain figure. This will curb many illegal activities. 2. The second method is to standardize the DLC rates all over India. Many top ranking officers of development authorities and ministers have earned by manipulating the DLC rates. They first buy land at cheap rates from farmers under hidden and shady names and then sell the same land to development authorities at a sky rocketing price. Money changes hands in form of properties which is actually a scam. There are major scams in land and mining deals and a standardized rate in country will curb all fools who have earned dishonestly through construction and properties. Today the inflated balloon of property world has caused severe problems for an average person. The cost of property has sky rocketed because of these illegal scams and inflated prices. A standard rate which should be below the current mark will cause a sudden downward shift in property rates and they will be normalized. This will also discourage the black marketers who invest in properties as a way out. 3. He should demolish the Reservation system. The reservation system was invented to get votes and it was actually not meant for the benefits of these castes and tribes. Reservations should only be given based on per capita income and caste and tribes should be excluded from the same. There are many castes and tribes which cannot be called backward in any sense. They have ruined the government departments which includes education system of India. These people are not even qualified and get posts because of this reservation system only. The education system is the base of a country and such dumb heads are placed on strategic posts. Recently, I met a professor of IIT Delhi and this meeting came as a shock. The lady pronounced career as caireer and her pronunciation was drastic. It is really shameful that such idiots are teaching our newer generation. My wife who trains teachers of government schools and colleges tells me about the pathetic conditions of these government schools. Teachers commands students to wash utensils and clean floors. Some teachers order Mehndi on their hands. They come and sleep in staff rooms. This is happening because deserving candidates do not get these posts. What can we expect from such fools? Our new generation is entirely dependent on education and reservation is an evil which will disrupt the whole country if it is not curbed on time. 4. The policies related to hospitals and doctors should be changed. The malpractices in this area outnumber any other area because of the sensitivity and specialization in this area. Hospitals and nothing more than slaughter houses and doctors work like legal slayers. There is a steep rise in medical negligence and malpractices according to the data. The recent case in Hiranandani is just the tip of an iceberg. There are many reasons for these illegal practices. Private hospitals, with profit-making as their main motive, use a system of inducements and impediments to push doctors to over-bill using whatever means – principled or not – that they can think of. With limited seats in government medical colleges (again reservation is the culprit over here), many medical aspirants opt for private medical colleges that charge high fees. This makes doctors susceptible to the whims of private hospitals that pay good money to their empaneled doctors, as they need to recover their expensive investment in medical education. In order to curb this all private hospitals, need a scrutiny panel at state levels. The medico legal panels should not be headed by doctors. One cannot expect a fair deal from such block heads because they will only save their own race. Theses panels should be devoid of any lawyers or advocates and cases should be heard on priority bases (with a set time limit). The medical licenses of such doctors should be nulled and hospitals should be sealed if found guilty of illegal practices. The medicines should be standardized and doctors should be bound to write the generic replacement of medicine recommended. The diaries of all medical stores which carries the commission rates for doctors should be taken away and such medical stores should be closed down for scrutiny. The rates of medicines which are overpriced should be put under examination and such medicines should be banned in India. This will curb major illegal players of India. 5. The criminal sector which includes police, lawyers and judges also need a major upheaval. Lawyers and policeman are highly corrupt race in India and their major earning comes from illegal methods. Most of the lawyers work in friendly mode behind the curtains. They keep their opposition parties apart so that the cases cannot get solved. Every lawyer has a certain ratio of income and association with local police stations. The law and courts in India is a real nightmare and I have seen really horrible cases which were minted by policeman and lawyers in nexus. Every police station and police vehicle should carry a live camera. (This should be installed in all government offices as well). Every case and concerned party should be attended in front of this camera only. The audio-video of these camera should be scrutinized on monthly basis on state level and this should be done by non-police personnel. All guilty cops should be suspended from duty. The lawyers should be forced to allow their parties for joint meetings. The nexus between lawyers and police stations should be broken by monitoring calls originating between stations and lawyers. The lawyers should sign an agreement before taking the case. This agreement should force them to solve a case within a week or months’ time. This will solve all pending cases in India. These cases are pending because of the illegality and debauchery of lawyers and cops in India. The Salman case is one such cases where a clearly corrupt person is openly moving in a civilized society. This is nothing but a shameful act for Indian judiciary and this is not the only case. There are many cases where corrupt and illegal people came out of jail because of their influence or financial status. The judges should also face some kind of scrutiny and their roles and meeting should be monitored. Judges are lured by corrupt offenders and there is nothing new in this corrupt area. A panel should monitor the activities of judges and president of India should head the panel. All legal personnel should be avoided in this panel. This panel should monitor all activities of the judiciary. In short all these areas need a surgical strike as in this case. I wish Shanaichar should strike a severe blow on all corrupt people in India. I wish that India should have more people like Sri Narendra Modi who is boldly and furiously fighting a battel against the corruption in India. He has nothing to lose in this battle and the most ferocious warrior is one who has nothing to lose. He loves Japan which is the land of Samurai, as it some reminiscent of one of his past incarnations. Hey ! evil, beware, the rider on the crow is coming to strike a blow.
