Can Jyotish or Prashna help in evaluating a condition about virus ? This prashna is a test conducted for the same. The prashna used in this method is based on Keraliya Prashna and jyotish evaluation follows the same method.

ANALYSIS
The Jala Rashi of pot shape in Ārūḍha chakra indicates that it was water borne or transmuted from some aquatic animal and the virus is shaped like a pot. The āśtamangalaya sankya indicates the strength of water and yavarga. The ākśar Va in Yavarga belongs to Jala which is the starting word of the name of the city Wuhan which will be pronounced differently in Hindi. The last number indicates u and a both in aa in āvarga of Sun. This confirms the origin of city as wuha or vuha. Moon and Sun rules chest and head which are the possible infliction points of this disease. The strength of Moon indicates why it causes pulmonary disorders and it rules on Jalachara indicates that it was indeed spread by aquatics first.
The panca ṃahāsutra confirm that Prithvi, Agni, and Akasa are weak. Only Vayu and Jala are strong so these two elements are possible passageways of this outbreak. Which means air and water are methods of its outbreak. Since Mercury is strong in Praśna, it can also move through skin contact or skin droppings.
Fire is the enemy over here so it cannot survive the heat as is visible as well. The possible quarantine areas should also put temperature control methods to eliminate the problem, coldness will aggravate the disease. A whole body covering is essential so skin droppings cannot infect other people.
Coming straight to Praśna we see water sign in ārūḍha and Venus as bādhā. Venus rules water. Mercury the eight-house lord rules skin and contact. Saturn indicates air and cold environment. These three are transmission channels. However, this also means that if water, air, temperature, and epidermis contact is kept under watchful eyes then it cannot spread. Mercury and Sun indicates that it is a vata pitta disorder.
Moon is in āśleśa (Gandānt) and Mercury sits in ascendant. The ascendant and Ārūḍha both are sthira rashis which means that will not last very long. Sani the ascendant lord indicates that it may vanish for the time or go in a dead mode and will again spread at some time in future possibly in 9th or tenth year from hence.
POSSIBLE DEATH OR ELIMINATION OF VIRUS
Since the raśmi of Moon is four it will last until April or -May of 2020 but only for the time being.
It will not die and a possible future mutation is possible. There are no confirmed solutions or medicines for this disease at present. The gibberish and propaganda spread by Ayush Mantralaya is false and utterly stupid. Any disease requires laboratory controlled experiments for possible remedies which is still under trials by other nations. Our country is just lot of acting and TV channels.
REMEDIES
The best remedy is prevention. Avoid unclean water, air, and epidermis contact with infected person which seems like difficult with outgrowing growth of pollutants. Avoidance of meat and non-vegetarian food is also good. The possible spiritual solution includes donations and offerings of ritualistic fire, dhoopa (Vayu), Ḍeepa (Agni), Sandalwood (Prithvi) and Naivadhya (Jala) in temples and to deities.
One can also recite Sarpa Suktam or Bhujang Asthakam meant for appeasing Nagas.
