SOLAR ECLIPSE: TAKES PLACE NEAR AMAVASYA OR NEW MOON  DAYS.

Solar eclipses operate in number of years equal to duration of years in hours. In lunar eclipses they operate for number of months equal to duration of hours of eclipse. The effects are more visible in the countries where they are visible and the countries been ruled by the respective signs in which these eclipses take place.

Eclipses in cardinal or chara rashis: Crop failure, trade problems and political problems are likely.
Fixed signs: Accidents, labor problems, epidemics and death of a prominent figure or leader.
Common signs: Increase in crime, conflicts, unrest.

Eleventh house: Financial gains from the international trade, diplomacy, ambassadors, relationships with foreign countries, goals of government, lotteries and casinos.

Twelfth house: Foreign spies, underground movements, terrorists attacks on government,  labor unrest, scams of various nature.

Ninth house is strong with Saturn Jupiter in the ninth house and Yogakarka mars aspects this house from third house.  Lunation is placed in tenth house with Rahu Mercury as malefic. These situations indicate volatile conditions in the market.

Twelfth house is rendered weak with malefic effects and eclipse formation, plus yogakarka Mars opposes Saturn in ninth/third axis creating a negative volatile trend.
