Simple step to remove many vastu doshas.
Our ancestors followed a system of construction (sthapatya), which was in tune with nature. The total structure (vastu) vibrated in tune with the cosmic patterns.
There are simple steps in construction through which you can avoid problems related to vastu. One such thing is called “dehri, dehleej or chaukhat”.
You can see in the photograph it is the elevated obstruction at the main entrance. Many ancient temples of North and South India carry this type of structure. In modern times people avoid it or are simply unaware of this.
The word “Chaukhat” means “Char khat” or four such frames. You will see that most of the houses use only three. You will not be able to find the same in the pre-tailored frames as well.
In ancient times, women folk of the house worshipped “dehri” during major festivals. This obstruction prevents many problems in the house and it removes major vastu doshas. This process was known as “Dehri Poojan.” Many villages still follow the procedure meticulously.
The procedure of making the same is very easy. It is generally made of wood or cement. Two copper wires are placed parallel across the gate and the elevated part is constructed on the same. Sometimes, the elevated part can also be covered by copper plate. A “yoni” is been drawn in the centre in temples. In houses, this should be avoided and a simple construction should be carried out. The elevated part can also be constructed like a speed breaker, so that the cars or vehicles can enter the house.
This structure should be worshipped during major festivals. This simple but effective remedy can really change your life for better.
