Summarize- Day indicates Vishnu, Paksa is Vishnu. Agni is there. Three choices are Sri Rama, Sri Siva and Narsingha Bhagwan of Kadiri. Here we are clear through above that it is not Sri Siva.

We are left with Sri Rama and Sri Narasiṃha. Now we observe Agni ṭatva which does not fit Sri Rama. However, it fits Sri Narsingha bhagwana. 

Question Is there a temple, if yes, where ?-3

Mercury lord (Form of Vishnu), Because of Leo, there is a very strong temple. Secondly, the deity should be ugra like Lion. It matches Sri Narisingha bhagwan.

We matched it with pāncangam data and actual temple from present location. From present location of Kadiri Sri Laxmi Narisingha Swami temple is in North. Mercury is North, tara is in North so from present location it must be placed in North.

 

Total Summary– The temple is of an Ugra form of Sri Vishnu so it cannot be Sri Rama. It must be a strong well-built temple based on sign and planets in Leo. It must have other deities including some female deity as well. It must be affluent, golden almost shinning temple. It must have lions, elephants in idol forms. Agni ṭatva is very prominent as visible in pāncangam. It must be situation in North from present location. Water must be present nearby by.

It should be within the 200km range based on technical data and must be present in North side of present location.

The present temple of  clearly matches the above conclusions. The history of the temple and the interesting fact that Sri Narsingha bhagwan sweats regularly shows the fire element visible in the prashna.
