Effects of sthānadevatā /Hindrances in property /Sale & purchase

Sometimes the buying of land and factories etc. gives certain disorders which are not even visible in natal charts. These are dośas that are generated by invisible factors of a place. One of the most dreaded dośas is dośas of Ṇagas and the second one is created by dead entities. Sometimes some sites have been used for religious things in previous centuries and then the deities over there play havoc on owners. These temples or places sometimes get demolished with times, however the divine powers over there still remain there. These divine creatures can toss our life if we do anything against their will.

Two moveable planets rule the ascendant so buying a new home is not a problem. However Mars as the lord of land and property sits in bādhā bhava (Two indications, one it is related to property, second there is a problem). This means that buying and selling of home is not normal. There is some bādhā in the transaction.

The tutelary power of your place needs oblations otherwise it will not allow the person to leave the present home. It is either Chamunda or Khsudra Chamundi who was worshipped on this land before the homes were built over here or is still worshipped. It must be there only, towards the North west side from the present location. Mars represents Bhairav as well. So these two will block his efforts.

If there is a temple in nearby areas (like 2 to 10 km) which belongs to Chamunda (old temple) and Bhairava (Old temple) then it will help as well. Rice cooked in Ghee and Jaggery and offered in small pots to goddess will help. He has to donate the same in large numbers at some local temple. In Bhairava temple he was told to offer whatever is been offered in his area.

Devi is the lord of the place. If she is offered oblation, she will help him sell off your property and may help you in finding another one.

Also if the seeker has a Kula Devi then he has to make annual offerings to her as well. This will help him make the deal in no time.

Result- The seeker was able to sell the property and found a new one as well.
