Probe for Kuladevtā- Startling revelations
Finding the kuladevtā for someone is a very tedious task because of many reasons. It requires astamanglya Pooja, Swarna ārūḍha and offerings to kuladevtā of the person which is a time consuming process. It is important because without this the whole exercise becomes futile. Despite of all this searching for a kuladevtā requires a knowledge of history, caste, gotra and sub caste without which it is simply impossible. It is more like searching for a needle in a stack of hay.
Here is the analysis part for various Praśna and Swarna ārūḍha for astamanglya done few days back. Please note that an astrologer is a layman, till the ārūḍha comes. Before that even an astrologer is not aware of what is going to happen.
Questions were asked by me for analysis:
Question 1- Kuladevtā is a male or a female deity
The rising sign is even with a neutral planet. Uday is having Venus in odd sign. Vriścik is Chatra rāśi with Ketu and Ṃandi. Ārūḍha is having aspect from two male planets but they are weak in female sign. Mars in cancer indicates cāmunḍā, devi or some fierce deity.
Summary- This is a female deity.
Important note for calculations- During the initial Pooja the swarna ārūḍha was Aquarius which is very important ascendant. It was raining outside. The flowers in this rāśi were not very good. In cancer they were large and abundant. The Deepak lakṣaṇa indicated North direction.
Question 1- Is there a temple of the deity, if yes where ?
Technical points- Jupiter occupies twelfth house and is in sthira sign (far off). Venus aspects Jupiter. Jupiter is in 12th house. In case of far distance the three bhavas behind the 10th house are seen. Here the placed planet is multiplied to Navmanshas to ascertain the distance in Yojana. Moon is placed in Capricorn making it within a range of 100 KM or lesser. Saturn is in back and there is an aspect of Venus.
Summary- The temple is there and is situated away from present location. It is in direction north east. The rising sign Pisces gives it a tilt to NE from present location. It is the dwelling place of tribal, near Jungle or river mouth. There are many important temples which fall in NE direction from present location. The temple is old and has been renovated many times. Actually the temple should be very old considering the position of Saturn.
Now the search starts. All devī temples within a vicinity of 100 Km are explored. Records are checked thoroughly to see if there is a link to the person or if the characteristics match the analysis.
Question What is the characteristics of the devatā?
Technical points- Moon makes it clear that it is devī in some form. The lord Mars in cancer indicates Devi. Sun indicates Lion. Saturn indicates black shades and old idol of some kind. (Smaller idol). It is incarnate of devī in Vaishnava form. The tithī itself reveals that she is definitely a devī. The idol is not of metal but some other material.
Summary-The temple must be old and has been renovated many times. The devī has small idol, black in colour or dark in colour. She may have lions nearby. There would have been a water tank but due to aspect of Saturn it must have perished or dried.
There must have been a forest nearby. The temple is very old. The devī is worshipped with white substances like kheer, milk etc. She is a higher incarnation of Ḍurga. Occupation of 4th house tells us that there are other shrines in the temple or Lions.
Rahu is second and eight house reveals that the bimba of the devi is not intact. There are varṇa ṣankar influence in temple property.
The temple premise will be strong, bold and bright.
While searching for forests near xx, I found many including xx in xx. This is exactly in NE from xx. Searching for nearby temples revealed that there are many temples situated nearby. However the oldest and only devi temples is xx temple. Checking it I found that the temple has a small black idol. The lions I could not found but later in a news paper article it was mentioned that there are indeed some idols of lions in the temple but they are not open for general public.
The temple is 5000 years old according to legends. The building is very old and has been renovated many times. It was not linked to questioner’s caste. Later on, it was found that I was wrong, it was actually linked to native in many ways.
I could not locate the tank but in a research article it was found that there was indeed a very old tank in the temple which perished with time.
The varṇa ṣankar influence of temple’s wealth was also correct as it is recorded history.
