Yesterday my elder child complained about the almost monotonous type of food been given to him for school. He was complaining that every other person brings a variety like some fast food or something. He is too young and we laughed at his notion about food (not in front of him). It was not true because my wife gets up near 4:30 in the morning just to prepare a proper lunch for my children. We were a little depressed by his ideas when a thought struck my mind. We also do the same thing when we ask too much from God. He also stays up for us 24×7, and we say anything to him. Does he also gets depressed on our notions about things? He might also feel bad as we actually do not deserve certain things but blame him for not granting us the same. God also stays awake for us, works for us and we keep on complaining about things. We sometimes take it for granted, while he is doing everything he should do for us. Whatever is not given to us, is what we do not deserve because of our past deeds. So friends, stop complaining to God. He is an adorable guardian just waiting for us to say those magical words of thankfulness. He loves you back if you really start loving him from the core of your heart. He will love you like your mother or father, even when you do not give him the credit he deserves.
